Sponsors: We will continue to accept sponsorships until August. After March 31st, we cannot guarantee all the benefits of sponsorship. Please reach out to Demi at [email protected] or Mitch at [email protected] for more details. Information about sponsorship levels can be found in the link below.

Vendors: Vendor applications open April 1st and close May 1st. After May 1st, vendors may continue to submit their applications, but will be considered to be on the waitlist. Please note that in years past, the format has been a registration. This year, spaces are available on an application basis. The VillageFest committee will do its best to accept as many vendors as possible without having an excess of similar vendors. Please note that the planning committee, to ensure a fresh and dynamic experience for all attendees, is making adjustments to our layout and cannot guarantee the same booth locations as in previous years. We will do our best to accommodate business needs and assignments will be based on a variety of factors including event flow, logistics, and our efforts to include a wide variety of vendors.
If accepted, we will send you a corresponding email on May 19th with next steps, including payment information, if accepted. If not accepted, you will be notified May 19th as well and placed on the waiting list.
