2026 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES (includes a free vendor space)
Vendors: Vendor applications close May 1st. After May 1st, vendors may continue to submit their applications, but will be considered to be on the waitlist. This year, spaces are available on an application basis. The VillageFest committee will do its best to accept as many vendors as possible without having an excess of similar vendors. Please note that the planning committee, to ensure a fresh and dynamic experience for all attendees, is making adjustments to our layout and cannot guarantee the same booth locations as in previous years. We will do our best to accommodate business needs, and assignments will be based on a variety of factors, including event flow, logistics, and our efforts to include a wide variety of vendors.
If accepted, we will send you a corresponding email on May 25th with the next steps, including payment information, if accepted. If not accepted, you will be notified on May 25th as well and placed on the waiting list.

- 10x10 Vendor spot: $60
- FOOD VENDOR 10x10 space: $125, plus another $100 for a second space (if you run a trailer that is longer than 10ft overall, you will need to select 2 spaces) electric included
- >>> Please note that electricity is included with food vendor spaces only this year and is not available to all vendors. We apologize for any inconvenience.
